The University Campus

Family apartments are generally with one or two bedrooms. All include a kitchen, bathroom w/shower and a connection for a washer and dryer and a storage room. Furniture is optional according to the preferences of the tenants.

Single room apartments

Single room apartments are a cohabitation of three to six individuals all with their own rooms with a private bath. In the joint area of the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small sitting room.  

Laundry

On campus there is a large laundry room for joint use by all inhabitants. It is equipped with five industrial size washing machines, dryers, clothes lines, irons and ironing boards. Please see rules for ordering washing hours in the laundry room which is located in the cellar of Hamragarðar.

* Applicants please notice. Bifröst School of Business cannot guarantee that all persons applying will get housing according to their first choice. The School assist people that do not get allocated housing on campus to get accommodation off campus. However it should be noted that all persons starting their second year are guaranteed on campus housing should they wish to accept it.

Included in the rent

Included in the rent is electricity, heat, 24 hour access to the Internet and cable TV. For those who chose to rent with furniture kitchen utensils are also included.
