Please send your request from your Bifröst e-mail address, as our system will automatically generate your apartment's address if we have your e-mail address on file.
 
Your request should include the following details:
Name
Bifröst e-mail address
Apartment location
Precise description of what needs to be fixed
Telephone number
Information about whether housing staff may enter your apartment on their own to take care of the request, or whether you want to be present
 
In case of urgent problems (for example, a leak or something else that is pressing), call the service and inspection telephone number, 695 9908, between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. If an urgent matter arises between 17:00 and 08:00 on weekdays or on weekends or holidays, call 695 9901.
