The Quality Board is elected annually by the University Council at its first meeting of the academic year. The Board is composed of two members elected at a faculty meeting of each faculty, one a teacher and the other a student, together with a chairman appointed by the Rector.

The Quality Board is responsible for the quality management of the University and reports to the Rector and the University Council.
